2nd Shift CNC Milling Machinist. Experience Required
Major Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reads and understands blueprint, job routings, tooling instructions, and standard charts for such specifications as dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions such as type of holding fixtures, cutting speeds, feed rates, and cutting tools to be used.
Write programs in FANUC and/or YASNAC language to set specified rotation speeds, feed rates, and depth of cuts (excluding manual turning machinists).
Must be able to run more than one machine where cycle time permits.
Set up and operate machine tools, and fit and assemble parts to fabricate tools, mechanisms, and machines for experimental purposes.
Minimum Requirements: Two year certificate from college or technical/machine school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
